Hi, I am Midhula. I design behavioural solutions for products and people.
Originally from Kerala, India, I have spent lots of time studying and working from various locations within and outside India. I am currently based out of Bangalore- the Silicon Valley of India and am open to projects available to work remotely internationally and in India. I am also flexible to travel according to project requirements. My interests extend to gamification, Systems Thinking, Generative AI, and Sustainability.

Key Strengths
Modelling
I look for minute contextual elements and characters that that shape mental models to find the roots of behavioural patterns and use a behavioural science integrated systems thinking process to build solutions that impact the present and future of users and businesses.
Empathy
I try to grasp user perspectives by immersing myself in the intricacies of their decisions, emotions, and expectations. I use my theoretical and experimental expertise to unravel these intricacies, which often lead me to the 'Aha!' moment, leading to solutions .
Collaboration
I always expand my research process beyond design and product teams and encourage cross-functional collaborations across the organisation. My research insights have been used by data science, customer success and strategy teams in growing our approaches and perspectives.
Personal Interests
When I am not working, I spend time with our cats, or with my aquascape and its inhabitants, playing around with the camera or practicing sitar.
